Return-Refund Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, have received the wrong sized item, or you receive defective merchandise, Leather Saloon.Com will issue you a refund or exchange. Simply send us an e-mail at general@leathersaloon.com or fax us at (817) 847-9451 or call us at (817) 847-9945 and request a Return Authorization Number. Return your item within 7 days. Leather Saloon reserves the right NOT to make exchanges for wrong sized items if you fail to include your actual size measurement in our custom size box. By including your actual size we can than verify if the right size has been ordered. Please take chest measurement for ALL jackets, vests, and lingerie. Please take upper thigh measurement and waist size for ALL chaps. Please include waist and hip size for leather pants.
Profit Prospects Of America will issue a full refund (less shipping and handling), or exchange your item for an equal item. Any defective product must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order. Defective items deemed manufacturer defect will include shipping and handling costs in the refund. All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached. Exchanged items may incurr additional shipping and handling charges. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will be denied. After 7 days all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Regretfully some of our items are non-refundable and non-returnable, such as: Any and all items listed in our Accessories page, all lingerie items, helmets, hats, doo rags, tee shirts, patches and bells.

Please include a note stating your request for a refund or exchange with details. If an order number is available please furnish that also.
